Business Leaders, Elected Officials Visit RIDGID^® to Kick-Off Manufacturing Month

History in industry, advanced manufacturing processes and workforce recognized during event

ELYRIA, OHIO – October 10, 2023 – RIDGID^®, a part of Emerson’s professional tools portfolio, kicked-off Manufacturing Month by welcoming members of The Lorain County Growth Partnership (LCGP) and elected officials to its headquarters. Attendees learned about RIDGID, its 100 year role in manufacturing and how its approaching future innovation and workforce development.

LCGP members are dedicated to working with Lorain County organizations and businesses to compete more effectively in a regional marketplace. Distinguished guests included: Ohio State Senator Nathan Manning, Ohio House of Representative members Gayle Manning and Joe Miller, Lorain County Commission President David Moore, Elyria Mayor Frank Whitfield and Lorain County Chamber of Commerce President Tony Gallo.
