For those of you who are not leaving until Saturday night or Sunday, there is a wide range of options for things to do in the Cleveland area with a great group of fellow forum members to hang out with. There are no officially sponsored events or meals on Saturday but I am sure plans will form as we get closer. Options for Saturday Include but are not limited to: Cedar Point Golf Fishing Rock Hall of Fame Tour Water Park.

The site will tell you if the event is full. Remember, if a significant other is planning to attend and participate, you will need a separate registration.

Travel / Lodging

You are responsible for arranging for your own travel and lodging. Feel free to work out arrangements with fellow TeamRIDGID and Forum members to save on travel and lodging costs.

The closest airport is Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE)

The formal event starts Thursday morning, September 10. However, for those that want to come in early and/or stay longer, we have the room block of 25 rooms from September 8 - September 13. Of course, you can come earlier or later but won't be covered in the room block. You will need to call now to make sure you have a room for those additional days. Good news here is rates have been reduced to $102/night compared to the $114 last year. Breakfast for two is included with each room. Simply call the number below and tell them you are reserving a room under the RIDGID Round Up event. All you will need to confirm your reservation is a credit card.

As a reminder, you are not required to stay at this hotel but the bus will be leaving and returning here. Just be aware you will need to meet us here if you want to take the bus with the Team.

Transportation

We will provide a bus to and from all the events so you won't need a car unless you plan to go off exploring on your own. The bus will pick up and return to the Courtyard Marriott above. The airport car rental hub is only a few miles away from the hotel so if you want a car before or after the event, it is a short cab ride away. If you are staying at the official Roundup Recommended Hotel there will be shuttles that go back and forth from the airport to the hotel.

Food

We will provide meals during events times and there is a free breakfast at the hotel above. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel that are walking distance if you get the munchies.
