The RIDGID® Tailpiece Extension Cutter is the first
cutter of its kind that provides the hassle free
ability to execute a clean, fast, and straight cut
on thin-walled plastic tube. The New Model
P-TEC 2550 can be used on Polyethylene (PE),
Polypropylene (PP), and Thin-Walled PVC
disposer kits, tailpieces, and wall tubes
of two standard sizes: 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" OD;
both sizes with the same tool. The Tailpiece
Extension Cutter is another addition to the
RIDGID Under-the-Sink specialty tools family
that have brought tremendous value to service
plumbers, plumbing contractors and the DIY.

Clean Automatic Deburring – The cut produces
only a fine strand of plastic as opposed to the
fuzz around the cut of a hacksaw. No need for
a second tool to deburr, as it automatically
