- First try to view the video by selecting the video clip and connection speed. Connection speed is determined by your modem or network connection. If you have a dial-up service such as AOL, you will probably want to try the slowest speed.
- Then select either the Real Media or Windows Media format. Browsers require a software plugin to view streaming media. This software may already be included in your browser without your knowledge.
- Select the Play button. If neither of the Video Format options work, you may wish to download and install a free plugin by selecting either the RealPlayer Plus or Windows Media Player icon.
