Rated 5 out of 5 by from this product has a good life time warranty I was really impressed with the warranty that comes with this product.My Wet/Dry Vac was given to me and I could not register it ,one day while working it suddenly died on me on contacting the support tech and explaining my problem and sending the required photos that were needed I received a new Vac inside 2 weeks and this helped me to complete the project which I had started and could finish on time. However, the rotating adapter fitting at the end of the hose broke after just 4-5 uses and will not remain on the hose. Will need to contact customer service to see if they will honor warranty for replacement of the hose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use. 12 gal wet-dry vac is a excellent product. Easy to set up and use. The hose is long and with the provided tools it is like you are using a house vacuum. Moves easy on the provided wheels. Solid construction along with a powerful motor makes clean up quick and easy. This product is well worth the money! I recommend this product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product but not as good as they use to be I replaced my old Ridgid with this new one which has more horse power but is made cheaper than the one I bought years ago. The plastic is thinner and the top doesn't fit as well as the old one. Works good.
