GREAT WEE MOVER!
Received this in post 2 days back, put it straight to work, sanding down jointing glue on composite kitchen counter tops.got great run time out of 5.0ah battery.left great finish to worktops, left no ring marks.the wee dust bag did well, but stuck the vaccum on after a while .only downside if any was the on off switch at times.
so handy , means less time running a generator , recoomend to all tradies or home owners...

Not a bad product at all...
This was an upgrade from a Ryobi Iron Style corded sander. The speed adjusting wheel is very course, the way you grip the unit is on the odd side, and the ridgid sanding pads that came with it were junk.
This unit seems to run forever on a 4Ah battery, it's very quiet, and it gives you the impression that it's very tough.
Good with the bad, I give it 4 stars.
Ridgid needs to keep the LSA on all batteries sold separately. Please write a letter or call customer service to voice your opinion. Ridgid has the best service, We need to make sure they keep it that way.
