Rated 1 de 5 de olympicref par Plastic connector The product works great until the plastic piece that connects the cable to the crank breaks. It happened to me the third time I used it. Why put a plastic connector between two pieces of metal? Planned obsolescence! It works great until it doesn't.

Rated 5 de 5 de KentStater par Great for sinks and bath tubs This a must to have if you are a landlord. When you attach to your drill it is amazing, I use it all the time.

Rated 1 de 5 de Jwlocher par Complete junk and waste of money. Purchased yesterday to solve a clogged kitchen drain. Halfway in the unit would no longer push forward and something was banging around the drum. Retrieved the cable manually took it outside to dismantle it and found the plastic and washer clamp that actually hold the cable in place broken off. Let me tell you that this is a major design flaw. It should be 5 times as robust and shoukd be metal and not plastic. Who engineered this thing? Best thing yet was home depot wouldn't take it back since it was used and hazardous waste. Had to have a plumber come out as I was not spending more money on another snake and was too angry to continue. Not a happy camper.

Rated 1 de 5 de tribetix par poor quality product Used it twice. The second time it wouldn't rewind. The cable broke off the plastic housing. Too bad I always thought Rigid was a quality company.

Rated 2 de 5 de Blackjack par Broke during initial use. During the initial use of the product, while re-winding the cable from the drain the red part with the screw that holds the cable in the drum broke off. I had to pull the cable out of the drain by hand because the product doesn't function anymore. Up until that point I was very pleased with the products performance. Just like another review pointed out...why is it a plastic piece and not metal. (Shall I say my money went down the drain).

Rated 2 de 5 de yonatan367 par Broken drill spoke This is a good tool and works well. I used it a few times before, but the last time i used it the part that connects to the drill broke from its plastic holder (the red part) and is now no longer useful. The problem with this tool is it's made out of plastic when it should be all metal or more durable for such a harsh job.
