Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great but drop screws Absolutely love the Push to Drive mode. Makes for long battery life even with 2.0 Ah battery and keep the screw gun light weight. Colated screw attachement is also a charm to use. My only complain is that the bit holder for the regular screws is not magnetic enough to keep a screw from falling off. Had the bit or holder been magnetic enough, I would have given it 5*.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough and Percise Once again I’m impressed with another addition from Ridgid tools. Once again it I had more projects to do. I always tend to get tools that will make my projects easier and faster. This project included redoing Sheetrock in 2 rooms and building a 20x30 deck. I’ve had my screw gun for over 20 years and never saw the need to replace it until I saw this bad boy, collated attachment is what really sold me on it. I knocked out the 2 rooms super fast and efficient, depth setting stayed true throughout the whole job. Going through the collated and regular attachment is fast and simple. After seeing how well it worked with Sheetrock I was excited about tackling the deck, and I was not disappointed one bit, the push technology is an absolute dream on this, I used collated screws and I was zipping through the boards with ease. Push technology is percise and everything else from the grip to weight comfort and lighting is spot on, I highly recommend this tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An Excellent Brushless Drywall Screwdriver The Ridgid Brushless Drywall Screwdriver is an excellent tool with brilliant battery life. We recently used the driver to install a whole house of drywall and it pretty much reduced the normal install time by half and was especially great for installing ceiling panels. Great product and would highly recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NO replacement bits available, they are not the standard size!!!! Jul 03, 2018 Built well and when you finally line up the screw strip it works great, better than my corded one. The reason I would not recommend purchasing one is that there are NO long replacement bits for it. I spent a total of 6 hours, 11 phone calls to 12 different Ridgid reps and there is a part number for the bits but NO parts made as replacement. As we all know, bits do wear out. The tool is useless if you strip the bit. Makes no sense to me.

did ridgid change from a long bit to a bit holder and regular size bit?

i had the parts breakdown saved and was waiting for the long bits to be available, now the parts breakdown shows a bit holder and short bit

Article speciffically states drywall nose cone

Pictures on website also show it being used to screw deck boards, is there a separate nose cone? What bits come with it, square S2, T25, etc.
