Rated 4 de 5 por de Cs65 works very well I have been using this monitor for almost a month now and I had no problems with it or its performance if I were to say anything about this monitor I wish in the customer information during the report generating process you could add additional email addresses to send out reports. This monitor so far has been easy to use transport and been reliable I have no reason not to buy more monitors like this in the future.

Rated 2 de 5 por de Two Steps Forward, Three Steps Back I had purchased the CS-65 as a second unit to outfit a new service truck. My other unit is a CS-1000. The CS-1000 has been a pretty decent unit, although it has required repair about twice a year, and I was expecting the CS-65 to be an improvement upon the CS-1000. My biggest disappointments with the CS-65 are as follows: 1. Smaller screen size. Often, I am directly showing my clients what they need to see, on the monitor; a bigger screen size makes it easier for a layperson to see what is going on inside the pipes. 2. There is only room to have one battery hooked up. If you want to plug the unit into a power source, you need to buy an adaptor kit that plugs into the wall and then slides into the ONLY battery slot. This means that the technician needs to decide between using a battery or using a wall outlet; there is no ability to plug the unit into a wall outlet while changing batteries and the CS-65 must be powered down ever time you wish to replace the only battery. My other unit (the CS-1000) has room for two batteries as well as an included wall adaptor cord. 3. The interface is slow and counterintuitive. At the end of a job, when you usually enter the customer's information, you need to press the file button and then wait for the unit to load EVERY single job you have ever recorded, before being able to arrow over and enter job information. This now takes several minutes and wastes precious time. Jobs are now listed chronologically by date and do not indicate the clients names in the list. To confirm the job information, you need to find the date and open the job. It is a real pain when you want to access an older job that you may not readily have the date of service for. Additionally, the newer interface does not allow the user to select multiple jobs for export. You need to first open the INDIVIDUAL job, insert your USB drive and then select "Sync Drive" when prompted to, and then close the job when it's over. Again, a real waste of time when you want multiple jobs on the same USB drive. There are four things I like better about the CS-65 1. Larger drive 2. More durable case 3. Increased battery life; one battery in the CS-65 will last longer than two batteries powering a CS-1000 4. Increased reliability; in the eight months that I have had the unit, it has not failed me once.
