Rated 3 out of 5 by ScottG from Led to a broken basin nut Tool worked great to disconnect the water lines as well as one basin nut but when I went to remove the other basin nut, I'm not sure if it had been tightened too much in the past or it was adhered with some corrosion but because the tool was a little bigger than the nut prongs, as I was twisting to unlock, I broke the prongs off and had to use locking pliers. It was not completely the tools fault but being I had to twist hard and the fact that it was a little loose on the prongs, it led to them being broken off which is why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, the tool had worked nicely for the other nut and water lines. Never had any issues with my other Ridgid products though. They're great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DemoGuy from How did I live without this tool As many of you may know installing a faucet on a kitchen sink can be a huge pain due to the limited space especially if it's a deep sink, but with this tool it practically gets rid of your knuckles scraping the back wall or the sink and let's not forget the special words that accompany the tight space. Makes for an easy an simple removal and install. If you have been looking at this saying maybe I'll get it next time, STOP, get it right now you'll be grateful you did

Rated 1 out of 5 by PaulTBray from Great design, no follow thru This needs to be engineered for real world use. Not something fictitious. Yes it has fitting to 1" inch but real world, it needs to be to 1.5". Great pictures but nothing of it acutally works. Honestlly this is designed great but doesn't fit anything in the real world. Jeez, I bought a tool that will never have a use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ColoradoContractor from The right tool for many under-sink jobs What a great setup. Even after using this tool for years, it's hard not to be impressed. For close quarters plumbing under a sink, it's must have tool. Securing those pesky basin tabbed nuts with ease is probably what I like most. It's a simple yet brilliant lightweight, multi-tool, and this is what makes it worth keeping handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by deebee from Life Saver After using this wrench to remove a particularly difficult nut from a faucet in a cramped space we decided to outfit all of our service trucks with their own wrench. Truly a life saver and the labor costs saved more than justify the cost per wrench. THANKS RIDGID!!

Need different insert
the 7/8" / 1" insert isn't working. I have a 7/8" hex nut under my sink. The problem is that the 1" part of the insert hits the bottom of my sink before the 7/8" part of the insert can wrap around the nut. I need the 7/8" part to be flush with the bottom of the insert. It is recessed too far. Do you make an insert that is 7/8" flush on the bottom?
My apologies but we do not offer various inserts for this tool. The only inserts that are available are the ones that come with it origianlly.

HI All, I have been to the Australian website, but this product does not seem to be listed on their website. So I was wondering if it was possible to either purchase this product through an Australian distributor or purchase from the US and get it sent to Australia? Thanks
Thank you for your interest in RIDGID. This product is not available in Australia at the moment. Regards, RIDGID
