Rated 5 out of 5 this product is great for its size I was turned on to your products after needing a new portable drill. The salesman at Home Depot told me to try your brand. I have now purchased three of your products. Now including this Vac. I use it in my shop and it picks up everything I want. Yet its small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of room. I also like the fact that you stand behind your products. Now days your lucky to get a 30 day warranty but you give a lifetime warranty . Your products are very well made and do everything I ask of them. Thanks for doing a great job! February 28, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Good value for the price Not sure if it was manufactured correct or not. Top does not clamp down snug. Not like any other vacuum that I have owned. Very loose fitting. does seem to operate when turned on. went back to store the was purchased from to see if all others had same loose fitting top. If this is natural for this appliance, it should be mentioned in the owners manual. February 23, 2015

I have been unable to find any information elsewhere. I have this model and it has been great this past year but recently every time I turn on the vacuum, it sucks (like it's supposed to) and it blows air from the blowing port. How can I fix this problem so only one of these features works at a time (separately)?

Answer:
-We would like to let you know that there is no way to stop the blowing feature of the vac because the vac is design to blow air at same time while you are vacuuming. Air will be drawn into the vacuum through the suction port and exit through the blower port. The debris that has been picked up by the vacuum should be captured by the filter. With the correct filter properly installed, only clean air would be exiting the exhaust.
We hope this information helps. Have a great day!

Thank you

Answer:
There is nothing wrong with your blowing feature. in order for the motor to be able to create suction, it has to both intake air and exhaust air. As with any vac you have ever owner, there is always an exhaust, the blower is the exhaust.

Just the same as when you remove the top to use just the blower, there is an intake ontop of the motor which if you put your hand there, you will feel the suction.

Your vac is functioning as it should. Happy cleaning.

Answer:
You cannot. It is supposed to have an 'exhaust'. Any motor designed to blow or suck will do both at the same time. Stopping or blocking one will disable the other.

Answer:
All vacuums of this type take in air though one inlet (where the hose is normally connected), run it into the can through the filter and then expel it through the outlet (the blowing port). If I understand your question correctly, your vac is working as it should. Strictly speaking, it is air in, air out,

Answer:
The motor must exhaust air from the unit. Home Depot sells a "diffuser" for $12 it just attaches to the the exhaust port an helps out tremendously. Good luck
