R4091 Tile Saw, WSUV, Hex Wrenches, 10-in. Diamond Cutting Wheel, Cutting Wheel Wrench, Miter Guide, Table Extension, Submersible Pump, Water Trays, Water Tank, and Operator’s Manual
Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Eight Months of Daily Usage Cuts very square and very straight. Table rides smoothly on two round rails. With a new blade, cut sides are as smooth as original side. About 400 linear feet of porcelain before blade begins to degrade. Think 300 feet of edges in a big room or one blade per every two small jobs. A new blade can slice off a 1/16 of an inch; an older blade needs 3/8s to stay straight. Needs a full 15 amps; I use a 20 amp circuit. I extended the table with oak boards when doing longer pieces like 36 inch rips and long diagonals. Plunges well, but I rarely plunge it. I use a different saw with a 4 inch blade to complete inside corners. For extended durations, I add extra water from the right side. April 9, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product makes my job easier. The first draw for me was the mobility. It's easy to move, set up, and break down. Next was the power. I set a lot of large format tile and the versatility of this saw lets me cut almost anything. The self contained pump bucket makes water changing simple. The plunge cutting makes cutting around vents much easier. The only real drawback is that the plastic valve system for sending the water to the blade or to the cleaning hose doesn't take as much abuse as the rest of the machine and parts. I had to just clamp off the tubing and bypass the valve. Aside from that small and somewhat insignificant detail, this saw is the best I've owned in the last 15 years. December 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Borowed for a small job BUT I borrowed a freinds wet tile saw for a small job (150 sq ft) . I helped me reduce my onsite time. Clean up was unbeliveable. I will purchase one when I will be doing my kitchen and baths in the future. FIVE STARS November 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product I have owned this saw for a couple of years now and every time I use it I am impressed with how easy it is to set up and use. I would recommend you buy this product if you’re considering starting a tile job. November 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by A saw with potential if flaws were fixed We have owned 4 different wet saws made by ridgid. The trays are wobbly a bit when one set wheels that guide it on the rail are not and can affect trying to make a simple straight cut. The hoses are cheap and not durable along with the fittings they have failed on every saw we have owned. The connector on the water pump for the hose has snapped off on two of the saws. Their needs to be a spot where you can stash the water pump collapse the saw to keep it from dangling and it the open. The led light needs to be moved away from the blade and water as it gets dirty fast and dont stay clean and eventually serves no purpose. The bolts arent high grade steel either as we had a couple just brake off during a simple tightening. Its a strong saw that has plently of power and can make a cut. But their far from durable and are possibly looking into other brands. I would love to help design a future saw with rigid if I could cause their tools are great and has potential but they keep changing them without ever fixing any of the design flaws. November 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This saw sets up quick and easy. This saw will cut up to 24" tiles. Very versatile. If your looking for a dependable tile saw, this is it. It can plunge cut, 45 degree cut and just about anything you'd want to do with a tile saw. I wouldn't own two if they weren't capable. Highly recommended. November 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by with me a Stone Mason,,This saw is so versatile, best portable. With me a Stone Mason on many commercial projects. This is the most versatile wet saw ever. The veneer stone we use can get really heavy by12:00 noon. I just wheel my R4090 where ever I need it,am I good to go. The Other plus is the blade size, and large cutting area. Along with the mitre adjustment. This is a perfect saw. After the 1 st of the year I'll be purchasing another R4090 commercial wet saw. Thank you Ridgid. Thank you for your interest in RIDGID!

The R4091 is a new version of the R4090 minus some features, such as the variable speed motor, the never-dry valve, pump less flow valve, variable flow valve, cleaning nozzle, ready-rack, center table lock, knob overmold, and logo from the stand.
