I have recently changed all of my cordless tools to ridgid and so far have been very please with the quality of all the tools I have purchased. I am disappointed in a couple of things though.
1. The tool brand I have changed from had a jobsite radio that could work as a battery charger. Sometiimes on a site, power can be at a minimal and its hard to give up a battery to run your radio when you also need a charger and other items plugged in.
2. Why do you not make your heated jacket in a medium? I have been promoting your tools with guys on different jobs, letting them borrow me ridgid tools to see how well they work in comparison to the big guys, and several have been impressed. One electrical contractor used my jobmax with the fine tool, and right angle attachments and has since purchased that tool over the brand he currently uses.
I feel that ridgid has the quality to be on the job site with the pros but has to adjust some of its equipment to match the big brands.
