345 Manual Flare Tools clasificado de 5 por 4871.
Rated 1 de 5 por daaaaaavo de Dissapointing purchased a rigid double flaring kit from Total Tools Sunbury and proceeded to successfully use the 3/8 flaring tools, unfortunately when I went to double flare some 5/16 bundy tube (mild steel except softer due to annealing and copper content) the 5/16 button/ die split in four directions prior to even tightening the handle fully. Upon taking it back for warranty the day after I purchased the kit, the service person contacted the RIGID rep and got back to me saying that there was no warranty on these kits despite the warranty advertised on this website and that I would have to pay for a replacement button. surely you can do better RIGID

Rated 1 de 5 por PlumbBob425 de Poor Product I bought a cheap home depot flaring tool which bent on the 5th flare. I should have known better. So I returned it and upped the ante and bought what I thought was going to be a good product. Every other product I own that is ridgid performs perfectly. The product we on clamp down on a 1/4 inch copper pipe. I haven't tried it on other sizes but no luck on the 1/4 copper. Maybe you'll have better luck 2ith it, but judging from the other posts, I doubt it.

Rated 1 de 5 por Honduh de Line slips in the die I recently got this tool to repair the 3/16 brake lines, and 1/4 and 5/16 fuel lines on my honda civic. It did the 3/16 line well, but when attempting the first part of the double flare on the larger sizes the line slips out of the die when tightening the yoke. The holes in the die seem to be too big to hold the line, I even tried to put the die in a bench vice and it STILL slipped. After being completely frustrated a friend of mine brought over a tradition style flaring tool from one of the big name tool companies and it flared the lines first try. When comparing the two dies it was clear that on the Ridgid tool the holes are considerably larger. I am very disappointed that this tool did not work since I specially ordered it from the internet because I could not find it locally. Now I'm out the money and I still need to buy a tool that can probably do this type of work in the future.

Rated 1 de 5 por wadeo510 de below expectation After buying what i thought was decent quality double flare tool to do mainly 3/16 automotive brake lines i am let down . the dies don't properly align and and it always pinches one side and the flares don't come out en even. At close inspection its plane to see there is an uneven step in the die on the chamfered edge.

Rated 5 de 5 por ironbrad de Superb tool for the job I needed a high quality flaring tool for install of Ductless mini-split heating/cooling system. I looked around at all the major brands and even some of the generic brands. Quite a range in quality and pricing. Could have purchased another tool that may have done the job for half the price of the Ridgid No. 345 Flaring tool but decided to bite the bullet and go for the best. Have done several flared tubings and it works fantastic! Very easy to use. The cone basically self-centers in the tubing and then you just tighten the flaring tool onto the tube block and after a few cranks of the lever out comes the perfect flare connection. A great tool for doing the job right. With Ridgid you get a quality product that will do the job...it's as simple as that! Buy this tool and you'll be happily flaring for years to come! Thanks Ridgid!!

Rated 1 de 5 por geb315 de Doesn't hold 3/16" brake line Working on old brake line from a '04 Cavalier. Pipe measures .186". The first 5 or so test flares I did worked fine. Since then, the clamp won't hold the pipe - it just slips down when the press is applied. I am reluctant to make a blanket condemnation; all I can say for sure is, it doesn't work for me. YMMV.
