How do I get the wrench head to pivot?
Expanding my DIY skills to replace a leaky spray hose on my kitchen sink so I bought this tool. After getting is out of the packaging, I haven't been able to figure out how to get the head to pivot to the 90 degree position. Reading the description here I see that it has something to do with a "tension plug" but I'm clueless. I'd love some words of wisdom, please. Thanks!
This head should be able to swing 90 degrees in either direction by simply moving it to one side or another. The tension plug just provides enough tension on teh head assembly to hold it in the desired position. If you are not able to move the head at all by your description above it would be best to take the product back to the place of purchase to have it returned for warranty evaluation or contact our Customer Service Department and have them issue a return goods authorization number for the item to come back to the factory. They can be reached at 888-743-4333. Thank you RIDGID
