Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and quiet shop vac I had my Ridgid shop vac for several years. When it quit working I filled out the warranty replacement form and had a new shop vac at my home within a week. I am impressed with the product and the warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This machine is a monster! I purchased this machine to serve as dust collection on a CNC router. I'd tried a couple of smaller shop vacs but they all got amazingly hot during the course of a complex cut on the machine. Of course the heat was exhausted into the shop also. The first was worrisome and the second was uncomfortable. Not only does this vac only get moderately warm after a solid hour of running, the suction power with the included 2 1/2" hose is nothing short of amazing. It's expensive for a shop vac but it is hands down the best I've ever tried. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very simple and well thought out design! You can’t beat this unit, it picks up everything in its path!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as durable as I expected. During assembly, I noted the flimsy plastic base / wheel attachment. The rigidity leaves me thinking, for the money, I expected better quality. It is held on by 4 little screws, pinching the bottom lip on the container. (really). and the weight of the machine. The next concern was the handle fitment and strength again, weak. The accessory bag needs something, bigger , more solid mounting, deeper pocket to store the hose w/ attachment in place and not hang off machine like a loose saddle. The hose is similar to your cheaper vacuums. The connections suck. Cheap, weak clip / twist lock is really laughable.( If you are going to claim twist lock, make it a real twist lock). the length of the hose is minimal. Should be 4 ft. longer to accommodate the distance lost in height from floor as you use it, too short. I also will state that the hose connection to machine should be solid enough to last as long as the machine. You know we pull these things around with the hose, and the front wheels should be 3x the size in order to aid in rolling over its own cord. Frustrated, great power, great size, looks good, quite. Recommended with aforementioned issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the only thing that surprised me is that this unit did not come with any type of bristle attachments. a unit built this well should come with more attachments including bristle wide and bristle round attachments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good features, sturdy and lightweight Well built, and light weight. I have only used it with dry pick up. I use it to pick up landscaping debris from my deteriorating paved driveway. It picks up gravel and a small amount of dry leaves and twigs. The large wheels in the back allow moving it over uneven surfaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product works great! The suction power beats all others that I’ve had. I bought this the Ridgid shop vac on a recommendation from one of my contractors. I’m so glad I took his advice. I have had many different shop vacs over the years, but this is by far the best.
