Rated 5 out of 5 by gstech from This is an excellent specialty wrench that should be in every plumbers tool kit This wrench is simply outstanding. It excels when used on large nuts or hex fittings, that are too large for traditional plumbers adjustable spanners. The large jaw opening versus the general compact size of the wrench is a huge bonus when working on large fittings in tight areas. Even though the handle is not overly long, excellent torque/leverage can still be generated and applied to hard to shift fittings. I have had several old hands in our company use my wrench and be very impressed to the point where they go out and buy one immediately and I encourage all apprentices to buy one as to have in their kit along with standard Ridgid end pipe wrenches

do the hex wrenches come in aluminum
Wedo apologize but, we do not offer the hex wrench in an aluminum version. The only option we have for the smooth jawed wrench is in the cast iron version. Thank you RIDGID
