Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great nailer I use nailers and staplers quite often and this stapler is a great addition to my collection. It's got a great feel to it and never fires blanks. It's easy to adjust the depth and easy to use. I tend to drop nailers a lot and this one is no exception. I like the fact it comes with extra tips in case they break or in my case when it breaks from getting dropped. This is well built and will last a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great product As I've come to expect from ridgid is excellent quality. This stapler is no different. It does the job great. I picked this gun up a few months ago and wanted to try something I know is not a real good idea...using it to hang string lights. Well it worked well! I adjusted the depth and started going to town. If it can be used to hang Christmas lights and not cut through the thin wire that's a winner in my book. Of course, that's not the only project I've used the stapler for but it was one that required precision and it did not let me down. Thanks ridgid! Recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beast Mode! Another great fastener from RIDGID. Like all their guns, this is blazing fast with a tone of features. First, the stapler is very well built, and will hold up to anything you throw at it. I have dropped this thing on concrete many times, and not even a scratch can be found! (I'm clumsy) It feels great in the hand, and I love the textured grip! It's also very well balanced and super light. Even though this stapler looks like just about every other on the market, it's straight up 100% beast. No way can anyone work as fast and this stapler will allow them too. Shot after shot on auto mode is insane. Just pull the trigger, press the no-mar pad against the work surface and just to going to town. You can also adjust this to manual mode simply by turning the selector knob. The single shot mode is much more of a controlled fire, but that auto mode is insane! I also really like the transparent loading face as you can see the staples, and if they are running low. Fyi... The one thing I have seen people say was that they could not load the staples, but I do not think they are doing it correctly. The staples do not go on top of the track, they need to be placed underneath the loader and up against the back of the gun. You also do not need to add oil to this stapler, so no worries about rust!!! All in all, this is why I stay with RIDGID nailers. They are simply awesome, and you definitely need to try this stapler out to see for yourself how great it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate and the Brand you can trust! So- I had a client ask me to do come crown molding and I said yes.... knowing that I had this finish staple gun by Ridgid, I knew it would make the job and easy yes. The accuracy of depth for each staple driven is perfect every time. The technology used to think of every detail for a master craftsman or a guy who just likes to do weekend projects, this is a must tool for your collection. I am impressed how Ridgid has thought about this design from every angle. All the way to the swivel on the connection for the air compressor to get into tricky areas. Keep up the awesome work Ridgid friends! Y’all make it so easy to be #TeamRIDGID for life!

I really like the fine tuning it has for setting the depth of the staple it's easy to use and sets the depth very well. Overall this gun is a 5 star plus!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Little Stapler This review is for the Ridgid Finish Stapler Model R150FSE. This stapler works well for the purpose it was bought for, Building doors & cabinets. It is light weight, Magnesium housing. Easy to grip, trigger is in a comfortable position. Fairly quit for an air driven stapler. With a little adjustment of air pressure & Depth-of-Drive knob sinks staples below material surface. Staples are easy to insert & remove. The dry fire lockout works great, doesn't leave any staples in stapler. The only complaint I have is the box states the items included, everything was in the box except the wrench, I assume this wrench is an Allen Wrench, I don't know it wasn't in the box, not a big deal but if you say it is included, it should be included in the box. If all the parts were in the box I would have given it 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great handyman fastener This gun feels comfortable in the hand and is able to staple into many soft woods. I work in a cabinet shop that uses a lot of Baltic birch plywood. Unfortunately the gun is not able to sink the staples into the plywood. I convinced the owner to change from porter cable guns to this and was disappointed with its inability to handle the material. I will still stand by the gun for soft woods but not for hard woods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use Really have found this stapler handy. Reapolstering chairs, putting down sub flooring. Fixing furniture where you need a little more than a finish nailer. And have put a swivel air hose connection on other air tools, that's pretty nice.

Loading and firing staples

Upon opening the stapler, it was impossible to load the staples that came with the gun; the magazine would not slide in. Only by loosening the bolt toward the back of the gun was I able to load the magazine. Is this what you're supposed to do? After that, I was unable to fire staples. The Accudrive tip with the orange pad on it will not depress all the way to the surface of the material, and it will not fire. I was unable to find any mention of either of these issues in the manual, and other guns I have used have been ready to go out of the package. What am I doing wrong?

I think I know what you may be doing. The staples do not do on the piece that slides out, they go in once you pull the loader out. Open up the loader, the place the staples towards the front of the gun, the the loader will slide over them. Hope this helps
