Hi, these are plumbing tools. Plumbing tools don't need to be registered. They are already under warranty.

How long are the handles

If this is the PC-1250 the bottom handles are 6" and the top handles are 8.5".

Is the blade replaceable?

Of course. It’s a professional quality tool just like anything else ridgid. However it’s incredibly rare to need to replace it when used properly. This is for pvc, pex, tubing, and other plastic pipe and rubber tubing. I’ve made over 1,000 cuts and it still functions like new. I have the PC1250 and have regularly used it for the past 3 years and still haven’t even reversed the blade yet. Between the quality, function, and customer service you can never go wrong with a Ridgid product.
