Rated 1 out of 5 by HandyWoman92119 from Nobody sells replacement fuse My husband & I both have one of these. After about a month the fuses blew. We have searched everywhere and nobody sells the replacement fuse. Radio Shack came up with a match online, but the fuse blew immediately and gets stuck in the tip that screws off. Been searching for 2 months and no luck. Home Depot carries this product but not the fuse. It's a strange size, not mini and not large. It would be an amazing 5 star product if it does not become a worthless paperweight because the replacement fuse can't be located. Several other review sites show people voicing the same frustration such as "Good luck finding the replacement fuse." NOTE TO RIDGID - GET DISTRIBUTORS THAT CARRY THIS PRODUCT TO STOCK THE FUSES AS WELL.

Rated 2 out of 5 by marq4001 from Great product. Power Chord fails I have bought several of these. The inverter is great and does as it is supposed to. The power chord unfortunately fails. In each of the ones I have purchased the power chord has failed causing them to be useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by djamesbjr from Excellent I don't leave home without it. I charge my phone and my Ridgid 12v & 18v batteries on the drive to the jobsite. The cooling fan is quite and it doesn't get as hot as some inverters I had in the past.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BPurdy from Small easy to use device. Just for the ridgid fans out there. Style and colour are great. Power cord is a little ridgid but manageable. The only downfall is that you can't be charging a ridgid battery pack. It snaps the inline fuse within seconds. Great for keeping my smart phone on charge! All in all, for the price, you can't beat it.

Will this inverter charge rigid batteries? With the manufacturer issued charger.
Hello! Thank you for your question. The charger requires more than the inverters 100W capability, and the inverter is not a true sine wave power source, so it is not an appropriate power source for the RIDGID cordless power tool battery charger.

When I plug in my laptop to the 110 outlet the light turns green for a few seconds and then starts flashing from red to green, red to green...
Once the red to green flashing begins, it occasionally holds on green for a few seconds and delivers momentarily power and then back to the flashing red to green.
Thank you for your interest in RIDGID. The difficulty you are describing indicates that you are overloading the inverter with the particular device you are attempting to power. You should review the lap tops actual power requirement. They probably exceed or just max out the inverters output capability. Regards, RIDGID

Can I change the fuse and if so where is it located?
Product worked great for the first week and now it will not. If it has a 10 amp internal fuse why does it keep blowing my 20 amp truck fuse?
The fuse is blown even while charging a single phone? What can I do to get this product to work again?
