Rated 3 out of 5 by budfrogs Great small vacuum but base cracks over time
I have had this vacuum for around 4 years. It is light and easy to move around. Pulls on cement or hardwood floors very easy.
When using for wet it holds an ok amount of water but when to full it will start to blow out the exhaust opening.
Just recently I used it for wet water pick up but noticed poodles forming under it when it wasn't even full. The place where the castors pop into the lower housing cracked and because it is all one plastic piece the cracks spread out. I glued them shut so it is good for vacuuming but not for quick water pick up anymore.

My 1st vac quit working. I called your service center and they guided me thru a quick and painless process to get my vac tested and replaced in short order. Thank you very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mikedeemcee Compact and very powerful!
I bought this vac to replace and old craftsman 2 gallon vac and am very pleased with it. It has exceptional power for its size and I like the fact that it's very portable. Not sure on its durability, but so far so good.

I already have the 16-Gal Ridgid shop vac, that thing is a monster. I wanted something smaller to using with the dust port on my power tools. I use it with the disposable dust bag since I do mostly sanding. I does reduce the suction a little, but saves on the pricier filters. I bought this one because of the power-to-size ratio. The build quality is average, nothing to write home about. In the end, you get what you pay for and to compare it to a Festool MINI dust extractor would be unfair. It works well, I'm pleased with it and would buy it again if I had to. Too early to comment on its durability.

been using this type of vac for over 10 years, use it everyday at work. need to bring back the old model with no wheels.the wheels just makes it harder to carry. will not hold 4 gallons of water.

We have had this a few months, It is our second vacuum of this same type. My husband was on his way to the job and he forgot to shut the tailgate on the truck, well the Rigid was in the truck and it fell out on to the highway. Luckily I came after him and saw it in the road, I told my son that there's something in the road and I realized it was a vacuum, then its our vacuum. O boy, we had only had it a few days and I thought for sure it would be ruined, He had to be going at least 40- 45 when it fell out and hit the road. Well a few bumps and bruises to the Rigid and it works like new, we think it should be renamed the rugged Rigid, Ha ! Ha. the Payne Family

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pizzareno A powerhouse!
We immediately put our 4 Gallon Wet / Dry Vac to rugged use in the cleaning of our kitchen remodel. It ate everything, from dust to large chunks of mortar and concrete, and it also took care of leaking water as well.
And it continues to perform like it did right out of the box.
The clincher at purchase was the 5 hp motor. This vac is worth every penny.
