Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not suit pipe size intended I bought the 32mm, 40mm and the 50mm hammer type flaring tools about a year ago. I have used them only once as for each tool does not fit inside the pipe size it is intended for. The tool expands the pipe before it even gets to the end so it can flare. This means the flare nut wont even slide back over the pipe. They have been collecting dust in my shed ever since they let me down.

I bought a 50, 40 and 32mm hammer type faring tools for flaring copper. I went to use them for a job and they are too big to slide into the copper pipe they are designed to fit. I am extremely disappointed and have just gone back to using my other flaring tool which does the job fine. I am unsure as to why they don't fit into the size they state they are for.
hoping to hear back.
Cheers Jake
