Rated 4 out of 5 by CharlesB from Works pretty Well The product works pretty well. You just have to realize that advancing and retracting the cord is a very slow process because it is using the treads on the cord which are very close together.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Robwww from I should have read the reviews Just like others stated (I should have read them before buying) this device does not work well at all. It is extremely difficult to tell if the button is engaged and when spinning the handle you cannot tell if it is moving or not. It never got fully extended and would not retract. Had to hand pull the extension out of drain and it was clean, never reached a blockage, ended up calling a plumber....Waste of money...Also, even though I created an account, with my username and email address it still requires me to choose a nickname and input an email address to write a review? I'm logged in!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by KCarr from Broke the first time using it. Customer Service wants me to drive it 42 miles so "maybe" they can replace it.... I bought this tool to unclog my shower last month. Piece of poo. It is difficult to hold the trigger and wind/unwind the tool at the same time- I thought it was just me, but other reviews across the internet agree. It took me an hour to unwind the entire 25 ft- it moves slooooow. When I started to wind it back up, it wouldn't stay inside the drum. It kept coming right back out of the "auto feed". I have small fingers so I tried to start winding the coil while I was holding the coil in place inside the drum, thinking that if I held the coil while winding it back up, that eventually the tension/weight of the coil would keep it wrapped up inside. Nope. It will not wind back up. Did I mention this was the FIRST AND ONLY time I used it?? I had to hand pull out the entire 25 feet out of the drain. I thought your product said: Clean Drain, Clean Hands?!?!?! I contacted customer service and their response was for me to drive it 42 miles to a service center where they would determine if it was a manufacturer defect before sending me a replacement. Keep your replacement, I don't want it. I will never buy your brand again. Customer service is everything.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ImaConsumah from Piece of junk Hard to press lever and turn the crank at the same time. After 5 feet, it stops with no resistance indicating blockage and came out clean. But you been cranking forever thinking it's moving when it's not! Tried to recoil and start over but 3 feet won't go back in!!!!!! Total junk product!!!
