Can these be used to remove and tighten nipples?
I'm looking for a quality extractor set that can achieve both of these tasks without purchasing separate right and left handed sets.

Answer:
Thanks for contacting RIDGID! Our pipe extractors have straight symmetrical flutes on them which would make them suitable for removing left or right handed nipples. An internal pipe wrench would be a better choice for installing short nipples. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
