Have your tool serviced at the RIDGID Factory Service Center! You must complete and submit the Tool Repair Request Form. Once your request is submitted, you'll receive a Tool Repair Number and additional instructions on sending in your tool for repair.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This service is for customers within the 48 contiguous United State, Alaska, and Hawaii only. Please contact your local Independent RIDGID Distributor or Authorized Service Center for support if outside of the United States.

Professional Tools Factory Service Center Simplified Quoting Process:

As usual, you will not be charged for services covered under our warranty policy.
In the event your tool requires a non-warranty chargeable repair, we are pleased to assist you with an initial up-front estimate of the maximum amount that you will pay, shown in the table below.
The maximum amount depends upon the repair service required and represents the total amount of parts plus labor.
Repair services are defined per tool model; the amounts shown below are unique to the tool you have selected for repair on this case.
Tools determined to be covered under warranty will be repaired immediately upon evaluation and sent back to you as quickly possible.
