If during Professional Tools’ evaluation Professional Tools determines the repair is covered under the particular tool model’s corresponding RIDGID Warranty or Greenlee Warranty, the tool will be repaired and returned at no charge. If service is required for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship covered by Professional Tools’ RIDGID Warranty or Greenlee Warranty, and/or pre-approval has not been provided in advance, a Professional Tools proposal for the repair costs or Professional Tools’ inability to repair (“Proposal”) will be provided to you.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, and the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer.
