If during Professional Tools’ evaluation Professional Tools determines the repair is covered under the particular tool model’s corresponding RIDGID Warranty or Greenlee Warranty, the tool will be repaired and returned at no charge. If service is required for any reason other than a defect in material or workmanship covered by Professional Tools’ RIDGID Warranty or Greenlee Warranty, and/or pre-approval has not been provided in advance, a Professional Tools proposal for the repair costs or Professional Tools’ inability to repair (“Proposal”) will be provided to you.
It shall be a condition of Robin’s obligation under this Limited Warranty that Robin, directly or through one of its Distributors or Service Centers authorized to service the particular engine involved, receive prompt notice of any warranty claim and that the engine or the part or parts claimed to be defective be promptly delivered, transportation prepaid, to such Distributor or Service Center for inspection and repair.
This warranty is specific to this water pump and for the original owner and may not be transferred. During the term of this Limited Warranty the authorized service center will repair any faulty workmanship and either repair or replace any defective part, at WAYNE Water Systems option at no charge to the original owner.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, and the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting warranty service. To receive a replacement tool you must present proof of purchase and return all original equipment packaged with the original product. Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, that cannot be disclaimed under state law are limited to five years from the date of purchase.
