Rated 3 out of 5 by bill78 from Only used it once. I bought the machine to use in my garage and on the decks. Compact storage is nice and I can put the machine, hose, etc. away on a shelf in the garage. I doesn't seem as powerful as I think it should be but the trade off is convenient storage, well thought out design. You also have the option of two different dust filters, the drum and the bag. When I vacuum sawdust, I wrap an old t-shirt around the drum so I don't have to brush out the drum "fins" every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by rcmolski from Awesome vacuum! I couldn't find this vacuum in any local store so I was a bit hesitant to buy without first seeing it. Delivery took longer than I expected, but I really like this vacuum after only a few uses. It is lighter than I expected and the cord wrap feature is nice. Also convenient is the ability to store the hose up out of the way when the appropriate tool is attached. I wish more tools were included, as I wanted the crevice tool and it was extra. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a small, powerful, portable vacuum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Surferguyzzz from GOOD PRODUCT! I have two 120v A/C 12 Gal Wet/Dry Vacs, but dislike dragging one either into attics of owned properties to vacuum there. Also have 3 Rigid Driver drills a Rigid Impact Driver, plus 4 ea 18v Registered Lifetime Guaranteed L-Ion Batteries. Therefore, because of Rigid's Lifetime L-Ion battery guarantee - - their 3 Gal cordless Vac was the logical choice. I don't yet know how long a battery charge will last, because I have used it very little thus far. . However, this Vas has the desired amount of suction. IF not used to vacuum liquids, the filter should last a long time. Buttt Do NOT LIKE the cost of Rigid Filters for this Vac, or for other model Rigid Vac's -- because they're too expensive!

Rated 5 out of 5 by toecutter from Convenient and easy to use Excellnet portable shop vac. Good power/suction. Comes with hose and two attachments. 18V Battery powered. Batteries and charger are sold separately. I have the R840085 18 V battery which will run the vacuum about 10 to 15 minutes. With newer batteries you will have increased run time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beverly from compact, professional, strong We bought this little vac because it is compact and the shape will fit in the back seat of our vehicle. When you are doing odd jobs for people you don't always want to bring a large shop vac to clean up a small amount of sawdust and having your own along speaks to your attention to detail. We were surprised at how strong the suction is. The first time I tried it out, the hose grabbed onto a plastic table cloth, the hose contracted and the whole canister jumped. It's not the cheapest option but we are happy with our choice.

I own the Rigid WD1450 vac and love it. Was looking for a portable unit as well. Does this smaller vac have an option to use vacuum bags in addition to the filter. I prefer to use the bags in addition to the filter when picking up drywall dust. Thank you.
No, the internals of this vac are small, maybe the addition of a foam filter may help. I saw no options for a bag.
