Rated 5 out of 5 by CACinAZ from Ideal vac/blower combo for residential garage use Haven't had this long enough to rate reliability/durability but will give it an excellent rating anyway because all RIGID wet/dry vacuums come with a lifetime warranty. It has very strong suction, and appears to provide worthy blower capabilities. The detachable blower is a bonus. I like the integrated storage bin, and the wheels that allow it to roll with a slight tug. Here are a few "nits" that would improve the product even more: replace the standard hose with a better one, and make it longer; lengthen the power cord; increase the size of the storage bin to allow ALL accessories; include at least one brush as standard; include a bag to catch the debris; consider making the switch adjustable speed. I ended up buying the car detailing pack to get a better, longer hose and two brushes. I also bought a dust bag. This added another $55 to my overall expense. The standard hose and the detailing hoses hook together but the standard accessories (two tubes for standard vacuuming) don't attach to the car detailing hose, so I need to find an adapter or else unhook the detailing hose and use only the standard hose. The power cord is not long enough, even at 20 ft., to get around the garage without an extension cord. If you're not careful the hose will leave fine scratches on the car paint if it rubs against a panel, bumper, etc. Luckily they buff out easily and are not permanent, but consider putting a towel down to prevent this from happening. As picky as this sounds, the suction is so great that it would be nice to control the speed. This would work nicely for the detachable blower also. It's quite possible to use the blower to help dry the car after washing - another bonus. All in all, I think this vacuum provides a best value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wolff from Another great product! A very nice design, detachable blower is easy to use and the vehicle detailing extras that came with our unit, especially the long hose, are well done. The cord is very long so you won't have to use an extension cord very often. Use a bag and the inside including the filter will stay clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HomeDepotCustomer3826 from great so far I love it so far -- only 2 months old. I've used the blower and vac. I enjoy the great suction in a small size. Attachment caddy and hose storage a bit clumsy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TBone883 from Nobly used it once so far. Couldn’t tell you about its durability. Not happy with the fact that it did not come with all the parts. I bought a wet/dry vac but then had to buy the filter to be able to use it as a wet vac. That happened to be the main purpose I bought this machine. I need it to suck the remaining water out of toilet tanks when I repaired them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jeffo from What a great leaf lower. Great vacuum cleaner. I didn't expect that the leaf blower would be as efficient as stated. It had great power and no need to rake! Only down side is that the hose seems to kink at times. A more flexible hose would solve this problem.

Rated 2 out of 5 by DaveLAX from Blower clip prone to breaking making machine useless I bought machine April 2017. Used as shop vac it’s on par with most others. Beware though the craftsmanship of the attachment on the blower my break when latching it back onto the base. Once that breaks your shop vac becomes useless. The plastic piece is very weak I took it off and used as a blower a total of 4 times, when I engaged it the last time the locking piece on the blower cracked. I contacted Regis and sent them photos along with asking about warranty, all they said is that piece is not replaceable and the cost is the same as buying a new one, so warranty on the plastic they had on machine I guess is not covered... buy the regular shop vac but not the one with detachable blower. I also have a transcript of my conversation with Rigid customer service

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scoopydo2 from Small and light I have had this only a week or so but what I like is the size because it is not a big unit I lift it up and down stairs and room to room easily. Suction seems fine as well.
