With one man set-up and operation, the 918 is the ideal groover for job site requirements. The 918 mounts quickly to RIDGID 300 power drive, 535, 1822, or 1224 Threading Machines. Designed to provide maximum efficiency, the 918 is capable of grooving up to 12" Schedule 10 and 8" Schedule 40 standard wall pipes.

Why when I pump to groove does the head keep coming back up?
The problem may be related to air being trapped in the system. The remedy would be to bleed the air out. If you need an instruction sheet on how to do this please contact us at 888-743-4333 and we can get one over for you.
